As a small correction... St Finbar was the Bishop of Cork and is the Patron Saint of the Cty of Cork as a slight correction to Colin's statement. The church and monastary here were established back in 606AD. I got him by surprise when I asked the question 😂

Back in the 80s and 90s, South African policemen we were given some of the best riot training in the world. The training was gruelling and I still have many scars from it. This video covers some of the training and shows men with incredible discipline and skill. I am proud to have served South Africa.
